Single air diffuser platform Matala MDB1
The Matala MDB1 Diffuser Base is designed to hold any type of diffuser. (Diffuser not included.) Can be used with any 7, 9, 12 or 20 inch disc diffusers or any size or material tube diffusers. Simply fill the platform with rocks or sand, connect a diffuser and watch it sink to the bottom of your water feature keeping your air diffuser in one place and out of mud.
CONNECTION SIZES: The Matala MDB1 Diffuser Base comes with a 3/4 inch NPT female threaded connection. The package also includes a multi-barb hose connection with 4 different hose sizes | 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 and 1 inch. (Hose not included.)
COMPACT DESIGN: This diffuser platform is 11.5 inches long x 10.25 inches wide x 4 inches tall. Easy to set up and install. Ergonomic and lightweight enough that can be moved from tank to tank.
RELIABLE MATERIALS: Made of heavy duty plastic used in water treatment facilities. The base features rounded edges safe for fish and wildlife. Will not rust! | Can be expanded to fit 2 diffusers with extra adapters.
EASY SET-UP: This hollow platform must be filled with sand or gravel in order to beat the diffuser buoyancy (weight depends on diffuser size) and keep it on the bottom of the body of water.
